Choosing the right nursery is an important step, and our admissions process is designed to make joining Little Crickets as straightforward and reassuring as possible.
Whether you are applying for Little Crickets Forest School, Little Crickets at Dean Park or Little Crickets at Park School, our Admissions Team will guide you through each stage, from registration and session preferences through to settling-in visits before your child’s first day. Each nursery follows a careful admissions process to ensure children are booked in smoothly, fairly and with plenty of support for families along the way.
Welcome to Admissions
I oversee all admissions across Park School, Little Crickets Forest School, Little Crickets at Dean Park and Little Crickets at Park, so you’ll often find me somewhere between our lovely sites. I have been part of the team since January 2024 and, prior to this, I worked as a qualified primary school teacher. This allows me to bring both valuable experience in education and a genuine understanding of what families are looking for to my role.
I will be your point of contact for all initial enquiries and will guide you through the entire admissions process, right up to your child’s first day with us. I am also always on hand to help even after enrolment has been completed.
My favourite part of my role is meeting new families and supporting them through the journey of joining our wonderful communities. My aim is to make the admissions process as seamless and stress-free as possible, whether that means arranging multiple visits and building rapport with children, answering every question a parent can think of, or helping to find the right options to suit each individual family.

Our Admissions Process
Please submit an enquiry form to let us know your preferred Little Crickets setting, following that our admissions process is as follows.
1. Register Your Child
Complete a registration form and submit it with the non-refundable registration fee. Our Admissions Team will be happy to guide you through the process and answer any questions.
2. Choose Your Preferred Sessions
Let us know your preferred attendance pattern and sessions. We will review availability and work with you to find the best arrangement for your family.
3. Receive Your Offer
Once your application has been reviewed, we will issue an offer of a place, subject to availability. Offer documents are sent electronically through our admissions system.
4. Accept & Secure Your Place
To confirm your child's place, simply sign the acceptance documents and pay the required deposit within the offer period.
5. Settling-In Sessions & First Day
Before your child's start date, you will be invited to settling-in sessions to help your child become familiar with their new environment, staff and routine, ensuring a happy and confident start.
